CRM has 3 distinct interfaces of Counsellor, Admin Manager, and IT Admin. The leads can be assigned to counsellors who get a Counsellor Dashboard to manage and nurture their leads using different channels of communicaton like WhatsApp, Cloud telephony, video conferencing, etc. Counsellors can view all the leads, follow-up reminders and provide rapid and immediate responses to queries raised by prospects. The Admission Manager can view the Leads Funnel comprising of all the leads assigned to counsellors and track the progress on each lead in addition to tracking the performance of each counsellor. Information about how each lead source or marketing campaign is performing is readily available to the manager too. The IT Admin interface provides the means to configure parameter settings, message templates, and lead assignment rules. Additionally, new leads can be uploaded into the CRM in bulk.

 

To further aid in the ease of daily activities performed by the admissions team, CRM provides a feature rich Mobile App that enables task management on the go and always remaining in touch with their potential leads.
